OrthoNets can be installed using the Cytoscape plugin manager. First install Cytoscape, and then click Help, and choose the option "Manage Plugins" option. OrthoNets can be found under the 'Available to Install' section under the folder 'Analysis'. Click OrthoNets, and then click Install.
If you're having problems installing with the Cytoscape plugin manager, the OrthoNets plugin may also be downloaded below.
